Andrea Miller has been in the practice of law with the Simmons Olsen Law Firm since August 2006. She was born and raised in Gordon, Nebraska. She attended the University of Nebraska at Kearney, earning a B.S. in Political Science, graduating Magna Cum Laude. She then earned her J.D. degree from the University of Nebraska College of Law in 2006. Andrea was admitted to practice law in Nebraska state and federal courts in September 2006.

Andrea and her husband, Travis, have five children, twins, Kierra and Hunter, and sons Theron, Joshua and Andrew. She enjoys spending time with family and friends, as well as a number of outdoor activities, especially golf. Andrea is a member of the Oglala Lakota Tribe, Soroptimist International of Scotts Bluff County, Young Lawyers Section of the Nebraska State Bar Association -Western Nebraska Representative, and the Nebraska Commission on Indian Affairs – Southern Panhandle Representative. She serves on the Board of Directors for Foster Grandparents and Keep Scottsbluff/Gering Beautiful. She is also a member of Monument Business and Professional Women, recently being named the 2011 Young Careerist.
