Kent is a leader in the firm’s transactional department. As part of the transactional group Kent provides detailed advice in real estate transactions, probate and estate administration and business organization. Through the years, Kent has developed a strong background in municipal law which lead him to representing many villages and cities on a variety of complicated issues, and gained his current spot as the city of Scotts Bluff city attorney. Kent is a social person who enjoys being active in the community through dedicated work with organizations in the area. Kent and his wife Lisa, live in Scottsbluff and enjoy spending time with family and friends.
